What is your shipping policy?

ALL "HAIR PRODUCTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR  ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL OR TEXT AFTER PROCESSING

Personalized orders such as bonnets processing time is currently 14 days or sooner  from date of purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time.  

Business days do not include holidays and weekends.

We do not ship and products on Saturday and Sunday.

What shipping options do you provide?

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS), flat rate shipping.

DUE TO COVID- 19 THE USPS IS EXPERIENCING  SEVERE SHIPPING DELAY. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
