CANCELING AN ORDER

Order can be cancel only up to 24 hours after purchase .Once order has been shipped it can not be canceled. 

TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery.Once an order has shipped , MellyJFormula is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.
